Supports That Move You Forward

We offer counselling for men in Vancouver, with online therapy available across BC. Our work is practical, respectful, and flexible, designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re looking for focused support or a space to slow things down and reflect.

While much of our work focuses on men, we also support partners, family members, and others who are navigating meaningful or complicated relationships with men in their lives. You don’t need to fit a specific label to reach out.

In-Person Therapy

In-person counselling is available for those who prefer to meet face to face. Sessions take place in a dedicated, private space designed for focused, uninterrupted work. Many people find that being physically present helps them settle more easily, engage more fully, and feel more connected in the conversation. This option can be a good fit if you enjoy in-person interaction, want a clear separation from daily life, or appreciate having a consistent place to slow down and work things through together, especially if you spend much of your day on screens or managing external pressures.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy takes place outdoors and combines therapeutic conversation with gentle movement. Walking side by side can make it easier for some people to talk openly and think more freely, especially if sitting in a traditional therapy room feels uncomfortable or restrictive. Being outside can also reduce stress and support a sense of perspective, making this a good option for those who feel more at ease when moving and in nature.

Online-Therapy

Online counselling offers the same thoughtful, supportive therapy in a flexible format that fits your life. Sessions can be held from home or any private space across British Columbia, making it easier to access care without travel or scheduling barriers. Many men appreciate the ability to engage in therapy without commuting, taking extra time off work, or navigating busy schedules.

"Therapy has been a game-changer. I came in feeling numb and unsure where to start, but the space that was created made it possible to open up. I didn’t have anyone else I could talk to in this way. I started seeing progress in my mental health, self-confidence, and daily habits”. Former client
